CAFOD Livesimply
The CAFOD Live Simply initiative is a response to Pope Francis's invitation to "work with generosity and tenderness in protecting this world which God has entrusted to us"
Live Simply is awarded to school communities who can clearly demonstrate how they have been living;
1. Simply
2 .In solidarity with the poor, and
3. Sustainably with creation.
St Anne's are delighted to announce that as of July 2022, we have been awarded this special reward and can now proudly share that we are indeed a Livesimply School following on from an assessment with CAFOD representative.
While welcoming the award, St Anne's would like to add that gaining the award is not the end of Live Simply but a significant start for the whole community. The challenge now is to build on what has been achieved and continue to engage the whole community in living more simply as part of everyday life.
