Parents are advised to contact the Solihull MBC Free School Meals Team on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0121 704 6611 if they do not receive an email with the outcome of their application within 5 working days of the application being made.
The Solihull MBC position is for school to start providing FSM from the date the online application is made by a parent / carer.
It is however accepted that on occasions a parent / carer may not have access to a computer with internet access. In this instance the following options should be considered:
No one will know you have registered and it will not affect any other benefits you are claiming.
